Transformative Leadership Coaching
Transformative-based coaching, as developed by Mariah Rankine-Landers and Jessa Brie Moreno, is a holistic approach to coaching that focuses on personal growth and social change. This method combines elements of traditional coaching with a deeper focus on transformative learning, creative process and social justice. It aims to support individuals by helping them recognize and break free from limiting beliefs and societal constraints, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential impact on the world. This type of coaching often involves exploring one's identity, lineage, values, and experiences, and uses these insights to drive personal and professional development. It's grounded in the belief that individual transformation can lead to broader social change. The approach is collaborative, empathetic, and often incorporates creative methodologies to facilitate deep personal exploration and growth. The goal is not just to achieve specific outcomes but to catalyze profound, lasting change that resonates both within the individual and extends into their communities and beyond.
